13. Our reduced introductory subscription price is $9.95 for the first 7 days. To avoid re-bills email cancellation requests 36 hours prior to your next re-billing. All membership fees to cutestcandidgirls.com are recurring at the full membership price of $99.95 per 30 days until subscription cancellation. The subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees at the price of $99.95 every 30 days. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, the member hereby authorizes cutestcandidgirls.com to charge the member's credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the ongoing cost of membership at the rate of $99.95 per 30 days. The member hereby further authorizes cutestcandidgirls.com's parent company to charge the member's credit card (or other approved facility) for any and all purchases of products, services provided by cutestcandidgirls.com. To avoid re-bills, please convey cancellation requests 36 hours prior to re-bill. Either cutestcandidgirls.com or the member, upon notification of the other by email, may terminate at any time, and without cause, membership to cutestcandidgirls.com. When a member requests termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. This Terms of Use and Conditions Agreement contains the entire agreement between the member and cutestcandidgirls.com regarding the use of this service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by cutestcandidgirls.com to members. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Terms of Use and Conditions Agreement shall survive its terminations.

17. All web design material held on this Site is treated as intellectual property, has a Copyright and is protected by Copyright clauses included in international conventions. In the event that cutestcandidgirls.com should decide to grant any refund, ALL refunds will be paid by crediting the credit card or checking account originally used to make the purchase or transfer. Under no circumstances will refunds be paid in cash or by check.

26. Your membership may be cancelled at any time and with no explanation from cutestcandidgirls.com or from you. Once you or the Site terminate or cancel the subscription you will not be liable to receive refunds of any kind. Subscription fees are NOT refundable.

In the event that the Site should cease to exist or trade entirely, it is hereby specified that all Memberships (of all kinds) will be cancelled with no notice from any of the parties hereto.
